" Not only was the food at Trattoria Trestevere delicious, but the whole experience felt like a mini vacation to Italy. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and shared some background on the dishes, which added to the experience. I ordered the mushroom risotto, and it was fantastic! " Visited Trattoria Trestevere during a recent trip and I have to say, it's a must-try! Genuinely authentic Italian food and a warm atmosphere. My partner and I shared a few appetizers before our main course. The stuffed peppers were superb. Main courses of veal piccata and shrimp scampi were cooked beautifully.
