" My experience at Royal Sichuan was highly disappointing. I had a lot of expectations based on previous reviews, but unfortunately, the food did not deliver. The shrimp fried rice was overly oily, and my spicy beef dish lacked flavor. To make matters worse, the service was appalling. We waited an hour for our meals and the staff seemed indifferent to our situation. The only saving grace was the ambiance, but I'm not sure that's enough to bring me back. The heat level was just right for my palate, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. Their service staff was polite and quick to refill my drink, which I appreciated. I particularly enjoyed the hot and sour soup, which was bursting with flavor and had the perfect amount of spice. The garlic green beans were crunchy and cooked to perfection. The service was attentive, and the prices are reasonable for what you receive. I highly recommend the cumin lamb as well; it was melt-in-your-mouth tender.
