" I recently visited Taco Bell after hearing rave reviews from friends who swear by their late-night menu. Sadly, my experience was quite the opposite. I ordered a couple of Crunchwraps and nachos, but they arrived cold and missing ingredients. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not particularly friendly which added to my frustration.
