" I was not impressed by my experience at Takumi. Mostly, I believed that their reputation was overrated. Did they have sweet carrots? Yes, but they were too sugary. The beef was overcooked and bland. I waited longer than expected for my meal and was twirling my thumbs trying not to glance around at the empty dining room. Particularly fond of their hibachi dishes; they cook them in front of you, which is always a fun experience. I’ll also call out their green tea ice cream, which is a must-try!
