" I have dined here a couple of times previously, and while I enjoyed the meals, I cannot overlook my latest visit. The dishes were exquisite as always, but we had to wait almost an hour for our entrees to arrive. When they finally did, they were lukewarm. I brought this to the attention of our server, who was apologetic and offered us a dessert on the house, which was very nice. I’m still a fan of IL Palio but I hope the timing improves in the future. The carpaccio was mouthwatering and fresh, while the main courses (especially the duck) were cooked to perfection. The desserts are well worth the calories; I suggest the hazelnut torte—pure bliss.
