However, their fresh guacamole is a winner! It makes up for a lot but not for everything. The service was decent, and the atmosphere was okay, but I expected far more once I walked in. " It’s funny how much a place can change! Adobe used to be my go-to for Mexican food, but the last few visits have been less than stellar. While I still enjoy their nachos, other meals seemed to lack flavor and consistency altogether. It was like the restaurant was aiming for quantity over quality lately.
