" After hearing both good and bad about Panda, I decided to try it last week. It was unfortunate that the good food did not come my way. The kung pao chicken had no spice, and I could have sworn the rice was left unrefrigerated for days! My partner said their lo mein was barely edible. Over and done with this establishment.
