" What a mess! I ordered a family meal and unfortunately, the pizza was soggy, and the cheese didn’t have that signature gooeyness that I'd expected. Terribly disappointed! I reached out to customer service, and while they were polite, it didn’t compensate for the lousy pizza. I don't think I’ll come back.
