" After several visits, I can confirm that Bonchon Tampa offers some of the best fried chicken you can find. The crispy skin and juicy meat are delicious, and the soy-garlic flavor is perfection. What’s more impressive is the variety they offer, and the bulgogi is incredibly tender and flavorful. However, I’ve noticed inconsistency in the portion sizes, especially on busier days; they sometimes serve less than expected. Service can also be hit-or-miss. During my last visit, our waitress was very attentive, but during an earlier visit, we struggled with wait times and food orders being incorrect. " I am a regular at Bonchon restaurants and was thrilled when I heard about their new opening in Tampa. Their fried chicken is unmatched. The double fried technique gives it an incredible crunch while keeping the meat juicy on the inside. I feel like their soy garlic wings are my favorite; they have a perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness. Moreover, the bulgogi is absolutely delicious. " I was truly excited to try Bonchon after hearing about it from friends. On my visit, I ordered a mix of their wings. The crunch was on point, but sadly, the chicken skin was on the thicker side with too much batter compared to the actual meat.
