" I've been going to Kung Pao Wok for years, and it's hard to say what happened. The last couple of times I've visited, the food has been disappointingly stale and underwhelming. In particular, the sweet and sour chicken was devoid of flavor, and the rice was cold. Service wasn’t great either; I felt rushed, and the staff seemed disinterested. I also appreciated that they provided plenty of rice. The staff managed the order efficiently and were quite friendly when I arrived for pick-up. " After a long time away from fast-food Chinese, I thought I’d give Kung Pao Wok another shot. I ordered the three-item combo, which turned out to be quite good! I was particularly impressed with the BBQ pork; it had the right amount of sweetness and tenderness. However, they could work on their customer service and cleanliness.
