" I wanted to enjoy my meal, but I faced some significant issues. The restaurant was busy and my order took forever to arrive, which was frustrating. When I finally received my food, it was lukewarm. However, the hot and sour soup was delicious, so that’s a point in their favor. They might just need to work on better managing their carryout service. " I came here on a whim after reading the reviews and was not disappointed! The food is made with real ingredients and tastes very authentic. I really enjoyed the stir-fried mixed vegetables, and the fried rice was notably better than other places I've tried. " Chen's Palace has a unique charm; every time I go, I feel welcomed. Their special Ah-Ma noodles are unbelievably rich in flavor, and they replicate authentic dishes perfectly. Although the environment is quite basic, I enjoy coming back because the food quality outweighs minor discomforts. The staff are generally great, but occasionally they can be forgetful. " Disappointing experience on our last visit. My partner and I had been regulars here, but the food quality has declined recently. The stir-fried dishes felt rushed, and lacked the depth of flavor we used to enjoy. I sent my meal back, and while the staff was understanding, it took quite a while to get something new. " Loved our takeout experience! My family had a great time sharing a variety of dishes we had ordered. The dumplings were the highlight for everyone, and the kung pao chicken packed some serious heat! The atmosphere doesn’t matter when the food is this good. " My family loves this place! Authentic flavors and generous portions always fill us up. They have excellent options for vegetarians too. The staff is usually friendly and attentive. My favorite is the crispy tofu; it's got a fantastic texture and great seasoning. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of a few minor issues with the atmosphere during peak hours.
