" What a pleasant surprise! We had made reservations and were seated promptly. The atmosphere is lively and warm, with wonderful decor that captures the essence of Italy. I ordered the seafood risotto, which was delightful, and my partner went for the lasagna which was equally superb. The portions were large enough that we were both quite satisfied. " We visited The Italian Daughter for an anniversary dinner and were thoroughly impressed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The spaghetti carbonara was creamy and rich, and the flavor was authentic Italian. However, while the food was marvelous, we did find the venue a bit noisy which made it hard to converse. " The Italian Daughter never ceases to impress! I dined here again last weekend and the food was fantastic, but the service was a tad slower than usual. Though, I couldn’t complain too much because the dishes are so authentic. I particularly enjoyed the gnocchi with a side of marinara, which was incredibly rich. We enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine as well, perfect for the cool evening. A few friends who joined us also were very pleased with their meals. Looking forward to coming back again soon. " I had heard a lot about The Italian Daughter and finally decided to try it out. The food was delicious and tasted very authentic, which was nice to find in a tourist heavy area like Scottsdale. The pasta was fresh and you could tell it was made in house. The service was efficient, but I felt like the staff could benefit from being a bit friendlier.
