" I recently had lunch with a friend at No. 1 Express, and I must say it was a delightful experience. We ordered the stir fry cauliflower and some pan dumplings. The cauliflowers were cooked exquisitely with a hint of smokiness. Unfortunately, the dumplings were not the best— the filling was a bit uninspired. The service was courteous, although a bit slower than I'd like. A cozy atmosphere, but it needs a little tidying up.
