" This was my second visit to Hotaru and I loved it just as much as the first time! The quality of the food is consistently excellent. I had the pleasure of sitting at the bar and watching the chefs work on my food, which is always a great experience. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting, making it a perfect spot for casual get-togethers. The service could use a little polish though—our waiter seemed a bit rushed. " Hotaru is absolutely one of the best sushi places I've stumbled upon in Puebla! The quality of the fish was outstanding, and you could really taste the freshness. Being able to sit at the bar and watch the chefs create was an excellent experience. The waitstaff was attentive, yet not too pushy, which I appreciated. " I can honestly say Hotaru Puebla is a must-visit for anyone who loves sushi. The freshness of the fish is undeniable. I tried the tiger roll and was blown away by the flavors. It felt authentic and reminiscent of my experiences in Japan. The service was friendly but perhaps lacked a bit of speed during peak hours. Also, the atmosphere could be improved, as it was a little too noisy for my liking. Nevertheless, I'm coming back for sure, especially for the nigiri!
