" We took a family outing to Bella Sera and were happy with our choice. The restaurant itself was cozy, perfect for our evening. The portion sizes were quite generous - my daughters had more than enough with their pasta dishes. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo, which was nice, but I felt it could have used a little more seasoning. The service was good; our waiter checked on us regularly but didn’t hover. " I’ve been going to Bella Sera for years and usually, the food is fantastic! Unfortunately, during my last visit, the quality seemed to have slipped. " I had to hurry up and write my review for Bella Sera because I can't stop thinking about my amazing meal! I went on a Saturday night, and it was packed, but the atmosphere felt lively rather than crowded. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi, which was divine! The shrimp were perfectly cooked and the garlic butter sauce was out of this world. Their garlic knots are addictive, and make sure you don’t skip the desserts - the cannoli was the perfect sweet end to our meal. Our server was also very friendly and knowledgeable. " I’m slightly divided about my experience at Bella Sera. On one hand, the atmosphere was inviting and our server was wonderful. On the other hand, the lasagna I ordered was sadly underwhelming. It had a lot of cheese but lacked the robust flavors that I have come to expect from a dish such as that. The bread, however, was fantastic - warm and fluffy! " I visited Bella Sera on a whim and I'm glad I did! The decor had a charming Italian feel. However, I was slightly disappointed in the flavors of my eggplant parmesan. It seemed a bit bland and lacked the depth that I was looking for. My friend ordered a pasta dish which was much better in taste.
