" Terrible experience! I ordered my food about 30 minutes ago, and I still haven't received it. In fact, it seems like everyone has gotten their food but me. The staff made no effort to keep track of orders, nor did they apologize for the long wait. What's worse is that the food, when it finally arrived, was so cold that I couldn’t even enjoy it. " Horrible experience. I placed an order but they couldn't figure out how to use the back of the register, and my order ended up taking more than half an hour. When I finally received my food, it was cold. It wouldn’t have been bad if they had offered any sort of acknowledgment or apology for the wait, but they seemed to not care at all.
