" Atlacatl is a home away from home. Whenever I visit, the familiar tastes of Salvadoran cooking welcome me with open arms. The pupusas are undeniably the star of the menu — always warm and filled with gooey cheese. We also indulged in their seafood soup, which was tantalizing. I can only rave about the hospitality; the staff made sure we felt comfortable and right at home. " You gotta check this place out! Atlacatl serves the most authentic pupusas I have ever tasted outside of El Salvador! They are soft, flavorful, and come with a side of tangy cabbage slaw that enhances every bite. I had high hopes for my meal, and it absolutely did not disappoint! We also tried the seafood soup, which was incredibly rich and filled with a variety of seafood, including shrimp and crab. My only issue was the ambiance; while it was homey, it could use a little updating. Nevertheless, it's a minor critique considering the fantastic food. This will become a regular spot for me!
