" What a wonderful bakery! Each time I visit, the quality never fails to impress. Their sweet bread is incredibly fresh and pairs nicely with a coffee. The atmosphere is uplifting and cozy, making it a perfect spot for catching up with friends. One thing I’ve noticed is that during busy hours, the staff can seem overwhelmed, which leads to slower service. If they can maintain the quality of their food while enhancing service, I believe this bakery could achieve an even higher status in the community! " (*Curated Review*)
" I tried El Pavo for the first time last week, and the experience was enjoyable yet flawed. Their pastries are indeed delicious, especially the guava turnovers; however, my burrito was rather plain. Heating could enhance the flavor. Service? Let’s just say I was waiting a while for my order to be taken. There’s potential here, and I’m willing to give them another chance, especially for that sweet bread! " (*Curated Review*)
" El Pavo Bakery & Restaurant is usually our Sunday go-to for brunch. The flavors are authentic, and we have created many memories around their table. However, I must say that the service levels seem to decrease during peak hours, resulting in longer wait times. We've experienced having our orders confused a couple of times. Even so, the friendly faces of some staff members and the delicious food make it hard to give it a lower rating. Hoping they can streamline their process during busy times! " (*Curated Review*)
" I recently celebrated my birthday at El Pavo and it was nothing short of fantastic. I brought my friends, and we feasted on freshly made burritos and an assortment of pastries that left everyone impressed. The flavors are genuinely authentic, and I even had a chance to speak with the lovely owner, who shared stories about their recipes. Unfortunately, the service was a little chaotic, as it seemed they weren't prepared for a busy day. Despite this hiccup, the food made the day memorable! I can't wait to return! " (*Curated Review*)
" After hearing so much hype around El Pavo, I decided to check it out last weekend. The bakery section had a fantastic array of Mexican pastries, which I absolutely adored. I tried their concha and it was simply the best I've had outside of Mexico! However, I had a bit of a letdown when it came to service, as it felt a little rushed and unwelcoming. If you can overlook that for the amazing food, you're in for a treat! Plus, the prices are quite fair considering the portion sizes. I'll definitely be back for more, but might arrive early to avoid missing out. " (*Curated Review*)
" I stumbled upon El Pavo due to its great reviews and boy, it didn’t disappoint! The tacos had authentic flavors, and every bite transported me back to my childhood in Mexico. The ambiance was a nice mix of casual and cozy, perfect for catching up with friends. There was an issue with my order where they gave me the wrong dish, but the staff quickly rectified it, which I appreciated. Overall, I’m thrilled to find this gem and can’t wait to return for more! " El Pavo is a hidden gem! My family and I found ourselves here on a Sunday morning and have been coming back ever since. The breakfast burritos are massive and utterly delicious. They truly embody authentic Mexican flavors, leaving us very satisfied. The bakery section is also impressive; we have tried almost everything! Unfortunately, one of the cooks was a bit rude during our last visit, which really threw us off. I wish they would focus on improving their service. Overall, a great place for hearty meals!
