" It was quite the dining adventure! I was unsure where to celebrate my birthday, and I’m glad I chose Volcano Steak & Sushi. The hibachi was fabulous and entertaining; our chef was hilarious. The food was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The only not-so-great part was the portion sizes; it could have fed a smaller crowd. Still, I had a fantastic evening that I wouldn't trade for anything. " I want to share my experience dining at Volcano Steak & Sushi. On my first visit, the atmosphere was electric! The hibachi show was entertaining, and the sushi rolled out quickly. I tried the Dragon Roll and it was the best sushi I've had in a while. However, my second visit did not go as well. The tables were crowded, and it took a lot longer for our server to check on us.
