" I have tried multiple dishes at Xi'an Gourmet House and have enjoyed most of them. Although the noodles are superbly made, my last experience with their fried noodles left much to be desired as they were extremely salty—a contrast to the flavorful dishes I had earlier. " I’ve been to many Chinese restaurants but none have felt quite as authentic as Xi'an Gourmet House. The dumplings were absolutely scrumptious, and the braised pork had a perfect balance of spices without being overly salty as I found elsewhere. I really appreciated how fresh the ingredients tasted. They present everything in generous portions too. The only downside was that the place can get very crowded during lunch, so be prepared for a little wait.
