" This location needs major improvement! I had to take a break from Taco Bell for a while because my last couple of experiences here were awful. Staff seemed disorganized, and when I finally got my order, it was wrong and cold. They made a fuss about correcting it. The atmosphere is less than comfortable; it's messy and not inviting. " I honestly don’t understand why this place stays open! Every time I have come, there’s been something wrong with either the service or the food. My last visit took almost 30 minutes to order a simple meal, and when it finally came, it was wrong. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch, and it was completely missing the cheese.
