" Casa Agave serves the best enchiladas I have ever tasted! I’m quite picky when it comes to Mexican food, but this place truly knocked it out of the park. The cheese was oozing and perfectly melted, and the red sauce was just right, not too spicy but flavorful enough to enjoy. A side of chips came with the meal that complemented the enchiladas well. The staff was cheerful and ensured everything was alright. The only complaint was the lack of a liquor license—can't wait till they get it so we can enjoy margaritas with our meal! " Unfortunately, I had a rather poor experience at Casa Agave. While the ambiance was nice, the food did not meet my expectations at all. I ordered the pork tamales, but they were dry and bland. I also had issues with the service; it seemed understaffed that evening, and we had to wait far too long for our food to arrive.
