" After hearing great things about P.F. Chang's, my expectations were high. However, the reality didn’t quite match the hype. Although the ambiance was trying for a high-end feel, the food screamed average chains we often find nationwide. Steamed dumplings and hot and sour soup were alright, but they didn't evoke any wow factor. Our server was welcoming and prompt with our drinks, but the food took longer than expected. The Mongolian beef is still one of my favorites – deliciously savory. On this visit, the service was fast especially given how busy it was.
