" I want to start by saying that this was my first visit to Chef Chen Buffet and I had high expectations based on other reviews. Unfortunately, I was a little underwhelmed. The food was decent but not particularly memorable, and I noticed that many of the dishes seemed a tad oily. The service was also lacking; I felt overlooked during my meal and had to flag down someone for refills. The highlights were the sushi and small dumplings, which were very delicious.
