" Disappointed with my last visit. The food was started to lose that genuine taste I remember. The nachos were served soggy and lacked flavor. " I wish I could give Guadalajara Heights a higher rating. My experience was overall quite mixed. While I enjoyed the ambience and the décor of the place which had a nice Mexican vibe, the food did not meet my expectations based on what I had heard. I ordered enchiladas and unfortunately, they were dry and not flavorful at all. This was disappointing, as I had heard so many good things. The server was nice and did their best, but it felt like the kitchen was struggling on that night. I think I might come back in hopes that it improves because it could be a great spot.
