" My family loves Chinese food, and we visited Golden Pagoda after hearing some positive reviews. While the service was friendly and the environment was warm and welcoming, unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. The fried rice was dry, and there were few vegetables in it. I was pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes; they were quite generous compared to what you normally find at similar restaurants. However, the flavors were not what I expected. The Mongolian beef was drowning in black pepper, which made it inedible for my taste. I might return, but I would have to stick to tried-and-true choices that I know I will enjoy.
