The sopes were absolutely delicious, loaded with tender meat and a generous amount of toppings. It's always great to see a food truck serving such quality food. I'm not usually a salsa fan, but their red salsa won me over completely. The only downside was the wait time, but trust me, it's worth it for the food coming out of that kitchen!
