Still, the service is friendly, and the staff are accommodating. I really wish they would embrace their authentic roots again. " As someone who enjoys authentic Chinese cuisine, I can say Happy Dragon holds its own but has its shortcomings. The fried rice was excellent—one of the best I’ve had! However, some dishes didn’t have that kick you expect—from the orange chicken to the sweet and sour pork; they just fell flat on flavor.
