" I am a Korean food lover, and I can say with certainty that Ban Chan has some of the most authentic dishes I've found in Arizona! My favorites were the jjjigae and dakgalbi, which were flavorful without being overly spicy. The portions were generous, and I loved that they served us a variety of side dishes. The fish was flavorful, but the bibimbap had too much sauce for my taste. What I loved though was the variety of their banchan – each was delightful!
