" Wow, Kopan has become my favorite place for ramen! I've been multiple times and have yet to be disappointed. Their Spicy Miso Ramen is simply phenomenal! Each bowl comes generously filled with an assortment of toppings, and the noodles have just the right texture. The only downside is that it tends to get quite busy, so I’d recommend visiting during off-peak hours if possible. Otherwise, prepare for a bit of a wait, but the food is totally worth it! " Kopan is my new favorite spot! The ramen is the best I've had outside of Japan. The broth is rich, flavored to perfection and truly comforting. We also shared a couple of sushi rolls that were amazing. I suggest trying the Spicy Tuna Crunch roll! The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is friendly and efficient. " The sushi at Kopan truly surprised me! I was expecting it to be an afterthought since I came for the ramen, but my experience blew me away. I tried the Unagi Roll and it was superb! The fish was so fresh and the flavors tied together beautifully. The service was attentive, and our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu. " Kopan was a delightful surprise! I came in with a couple of friends and we ordered various rolls and some ramen to share. The portions were quite large, which made sharing easy and enjoyable. Each item was vibrant, fresh, and seasoned perfectly. The downside was that our server forgot one item, which took extra time to arrive, but she was apologetic. " I have been to Kopan a couple of times already and it never disappoints! Their ramen is always hearty and full of flavors! The edges of my hearts melted with each bite of their Karage appetizers. The place can get crowded but they really know how to manage their seating efficiently. One of my favorite things is trying the different rolls; each one has its own unique flavor.
