" Kopan was a delightful surprise! I came in with a couple of friends and we ordered various rolls and some ramen to share. The portions were quite large, which made sharing easy and enjoyable. Each item was vibrant, fresh, and seasoned perfectly. The downside was that our server forgot one item, which took extra time to arrive, but she was apologetic. " I have been to Kopan a couple of times already and it never disappoints! Their ramen is always hearty and full of flavors! The edges of my hearts melted with each bite of their Karage appetizers. The place can get crowded but they really know how to manage their seating efficiently. One of my favorite things is trying the different rolls; each one has its own unique flavor.
