" Yikes! I had such high hopes for this place after hearing the rave reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The carne asada I ordered tasted bland and lacked the seasoning I was craving. The tortillas were okay, but I've had better elsewhere. On the plus side, the service staff was nice and attentive, so that saved the dinner from being a total bust. " Any time I'm in the mood for authentic tacos, Valerie’s is the first spot that comes to mind. Their flavors bring back so many memories! I had the carne asada tacos during my last visit, and they were cooked to perfection.
