" Taco Sinaloa is an institution in Wilmington! The flavors remain authentic, and you can still taste that homemade quality in every bite. The birria tacos were a highlight for me; the rich flavor was paired perfectly with the consome. I also can’t resist mentioning the homemade horchata – it was super refreshing. The service has been friendly and quick during my visits, making it a great spot for lunch when I’m in a rush. That said, I have noticed a bit of inconsistency in the salsa - sometimes it can pack a punch, other times it's quite mild. Overall, this is still one of my favorite places to grab a bite in town.
