" I had high hopes for Taqueria Guadalupana #3 based on the reviews, but my experience was disappointing. The chicken chimichanga I ordered was bland and lacked flavor. On top of that, I felt that the service was rushed and inattentive. Although their salsas are great, I believe they need to work on the actual dishes coming out of the kitchen to match the authenticity of their sides. I recently visited this Taqueria and ordered a variety of dishes, including the flautas, tacos, and their famous salsa. The salsa was some of the best I have ever had, packed with authentic flavor and freshness. The flautas were crispy and flavorful, but the tacos could use a little more seasoning in my opinion. Overall, it was an enjoyable meal that reminded me of home. The prices were very reasonable for the portions. I do think they need to improve on their service speed as there were a few delays; however, the quality of the food made up for it.
