" Last week, I went to this Chipotle for a quick bite after a long day at work. The service was extremely slow, and I ended up waiting way longer than I should have. When I finally got to the counter, they were out of chicken and steak! I decided to try the barbacoa instead, and to be honest, it lacked flavor. I sat down to eat, but the place was so dirty that it made it hard to enjoy my meal. I don't think I will return to this location again. It's too bad because I used to enjoy Chipotle. " I’ve always loved Chipotle, but this location is a massive letdown. The restaurant was chaotic and poorly organized. I stood in line for ages! When it was my turn, the staff told me they were out of guacamole and steak. I ended up ordering a burrito with chicken, and they barely filled it. " This happened to be my first visit to Chipotle and I had heard great things. Unfortunately, my experience didn't reflect that. The restaurant was filthy, the staff were disinterested and rude. Plus, they were out of guac, rice and also half the proteins. I ended up settling for a simple veggie bowl, expected a lot more for the price.
