" I’ve been a loyal customer of Tacos Peralta for years now, and I have to admit that the quality has varied in recent months. The taco truck is usually parked near the gas station, and while the carne asada tacos are often delicious, I’ve had a couple of experiences where the meat was a little chewy. " I had the absolute worst experience at Tacos Peralta. I ordered a super burrito with no rice, and it came filled with beans and rice. Not to mention that the sauce I got was wrong, which ruined my meal. I thought maybe it was just a one-off mistake, but upon discussing it with others, it seems like there are frequent issues with orders being incorrect.
