" Ploy Thai Bistro is definitely a great spot if you're in the area! The flavors of the food were fantastic and reminded me so much of when I traveled to Thailand! The service was phenomenal. We felt very well cared for throughout our meal. It made for a very enjoyable experience. " I was looking for a good place to eat while passing through Cle Elum, and I’m glad I took a chance on Ploy Thai Bistro. The food was authentic and reminded me of some of the best dishes I enjoyed during my travels to Thailand. I particularly loved the yellow curry—it was creamy and flavorful. The staff was friendly and made great recommendations. My only complaint was that the portions felt a little moderate for the price, but that didn’t detract too much from the overall experience.
