Panda offers a mixed dining experience with friendly service and a wide variety of dishes. However, some customers feel that the authenticity and quality of the food have declined over time. There are frequent mentions of cold food at the buffet, yet many appreciate the family-friendly atmosphere and the willingness of the staff to accommodate special requests.

" Would not recommend this place due to the bad service. The food was cold, and for a buffet, I expected a different level of quality. The wok dishes lacked flavor, and it seemed more like mass-produced cuisine than authentic Chinese food. The staff needs to improve on their service as the ambiance did not make up for the lack of professionalism. I’d rate my experience a 2 as it truly wasn't worth the visit. " (*Curated Review*)
" The family run vibe at Panda is charming, and it's great to see owners involved in the day-to-day operations. The moment you walk in, you are greeted with smiles, adding to a cozy experience. The variety of dishes is impressive, and I especially enjoyed the crab wontons, which were flavorful and crispy. However, some of the buffet items could have used a bit more heat. It's clear that this restaurant is a favorite among locals; I saw several families with children enjoying dinner. While I wouldn't say it's the best Chinese food I've ever had, I think it's good for a quick, satisfying meal. I would come back just for the comfortable atmosphere and friendly service. I'd give it a solid 4 out of 5, as the food has potential to be great! " (*Curated Review*)
" Just finished my first visit to Panda and was quite impressed overall! The quantity of food offered at the buffet was plentiful, and I appreciated how friendly the staff was. I did notice some items being served lukewarm, but nothing that deterred my overall experience. My favorite was the shrimp with broccoli. If you're looking for a low-cost meal with plenty of options, Panda is definitely worth a visit. I would rate it a 4 out of 5! " (*Curated Review*)
" Had a bad experience recently at Panda. The food was colder than I prefer, and some dishes were not replenished promptly enough. I enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken, but there is definitely room for improvement on the buffet. The owners are friendly; you cannot fault them there, but I think some staff training is needed to ensure they keep up with the customer flow. I know they have a loyal customer base, which speaks to something good! I feel torn giving it a rating of 2, but I wish I could give them more help in improving the food quality. " (*Curated Review*)
" What a lovely evening we had at Panda! The food was remarkably good, especially the Mongolian Grill, which is a standout feature for me. It offers a more interactive dining option compared to standard buffets, which adds to the fun for families like mine. The variety allowed me to try something new while still enjoying my favorites. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and it gave off a homey feeling. I'll definitely be coming back very soon. I’d rate it a solid 5 stars! " (*Curated Review*)
" My first experience at Panda was less than stellar. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, but the food left much to be desired. I ordered the fried rice, which wasn't actual fried rice but rather plain white rice with a few peas thrown in. The service, however, was really friendly and attentive, which somewhat made up for the disappointing food. The buffet was well-stocked, but several items were lukewarm at best. I had higher expectations based on some rave reviews, but it seems like I caught them on a bad day. I might give it another chance, but I hope the next visit is better. Overall, I would rate it a 2 out of 5. " (*Curated Review*)
" Now that the crowds have returned, it's nice dining at Panda again. The buffet doesn't disappoint with a varied selection, but I've noticed that some dishes could be fresher. The fried rice was surprisingly bland this last time, which was a letdown. However, if you ask the staff, they are happy to make you selections that are piping hot! I admire how attentive they are to your needs, which keeps me coming back. I won't rate the food lower than a 4 because there are more hits than misses. " (*Curated Review*)
