" Disappointing experience at Mikado. While the ambiance is warm, the food didn’t match my expectations at all. The rolls I ordered were not fresh and tasted stale, even though it was during dinner hours. The chicken teriyaki was overcooked and dry—definitely not the quality I remembered from previous visits. " I always look forward to visiting Mikado. The decor is charming and very Japanese, and the sushi is always a treat. My last visit included the Fuji Yama roll, and it was delightful! " Mikado is my go-to sushi place in Lake Mary! The staff is always friendly and on top of things. Every time I visit, I feel welcomed like family. Their sushi rolls are diverse, and I keep coming back for the spicy crab roll—it’s to die for! Sometimes, I end up ordering too much because the happy hour specials are just too good to resist.
