" Had a terrible experience on my last visit. It took over an hour to get my food, and when it finally arrived, I found that it was cold and looked unappetizing. The service was nonexistent, as waitstaff seemed overwhelmed and let some tables get ignored. While I love the food here, it seems they really need to work on their efficiency, especially during peak hours. I don't think I'll be returning any time soon unless improvements are made.
