" I stopped by on a rainy evening and was welcomed with open arms. Immediately made to feel at home by Sal, the owner, who was so personable and friendly. I ordered a personal pizza with a cauliflower crust which was surprisingly delightful! Crisp, light, and topped with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for a casual night out. I also tried the garlic knots which were heavenly. The only downside was that my pizza could have used a bit more sauce, but overall a wonderful dining experience! I'll be back for sure. " Had a fantastic experience at Red Volpe while hosting my daughter’s birthday! The staff went above and beyond to help us make it special. The food was delightful, especially the chicken Francese which was both juicy and accompanied by a nice lemony sauce. Everyone loved their meals, including the kids who were entertained throughout our meal. We ended with their famous dessert knots, which were the perfect sweet finish! " After hearing so much about Red Volpe, I finally decided to try it. I was a bit skeptical because I usually find that restaurants don’t meet the hype. However, this place absolutely did! Had the bolognese and it was incredible; rich and hearty with a homemade touch that many places lack. The service was immediate and attentive, and I was impressed by the knowledge of the staff regarding the menu. The only minor improvement would be to make desserts a bit bolder. " Spent the day exploring Bethpage with friends and stumbled upon Red Volpe, and let me tell you—it was a delightful surprise! Immediately, we were treated to an appetizer of bruschetta, which left us craving more! Our main courses didn’t disappoint: I had eggplant Parmesan which was delectable. The portions were quite generous, but we still managed to save room for dessert. A wonderful tiramisu topped off our meal; it was light yet satisfying. " I can't say enough good things about Red Volpe! The food is fresh, the atmosphere is cozy, and the service is remarkable. We came here for a quick lunch and stayed for a delightful tardiness because our server was so friendly and welcoming. We had the pizza special, and it was just fantastic; lovely crust and abundant toppings. The only downside was that we hesitated too long on the dessert menu, and sadly missed out! " Wow, where do I begin? This has to be one of the best Italian restaurants I've visited outside of Italy! The attention to detail in every dish is phenomenal. The owner, Sal, treated us like family from the moment we walked in. For my entree, I had the seafood linguini, and the pasta was made in-house—so fresh! Each bite was bursting with flavors of the ocean. The ambiance, with dim lighting and soft music, sets a romantic tone for dinners. I also can't forget to mention the delicious cocktails.
