" Let's just say I am a fan of Indian food, and I can confidently say that Punjabi Canteen serves some of the best I’ve tasted in Ottawa! My experience there was absolutely delightful from start to finish. Each dish was filled with spices that were perfectly blended. I especially loved the lamb korma - it was to die for! " Today I tried Punjabi Canteen for lunch, and I am pleased to say it didn’t disappoint! The ambiance was welcoming and the dishes were rich in flavor. I had the dal makhni, and it was simply heavenly. I also enjoyed their freshly made naan - it’s essential to have naan with an Indian meal, and theirs did not disappoint! " Ordered delivery recently from Punjabi Canteen, and it was decent but just not fantastic. The flavors were there, but the chicken biryani was a bit dry, and the raita didn't do much to help enhance it. The service was prompt for the delivery, however.
