" JINYA is quickly becoming my go-to spot for ramen. The spicy tonkotsu broth really hits the spot for those chilly evenings. It’s flavorful and comforting. They have an amazing version of kimchi to complement your meal as well. I was accommodated quickly, and the overall service was impressive. It didn’t hurt that the dining space had a very nice vibe too. Be warned though, the line can be long during rush hours, but I believe it’s worth the wait for the food! " I have visited a number of ramen places but nothing quite compares to JINYA. The flavor profiles in their broths are masterfully crafted, and the variety of toppings you can choose from gives you a chance to customize each bowl to your liking. During my last visit, I had the Pork Shoyu, which was wonderfully savory. The light crunch from the toppings paired excellently with the chewy noodles. The servers here are attentive, and it's clear they care about their customers. The vibe is lively and perfect for a date or a fun night out with friends, definitely will be returning!
