The buche was okay, but it wasn’t what I'd consider the best I’ve ever had. Also, little disappointed with the red salsa as it didn’t have any kick to it. If you're looking for authenticity, there's definitely potential here, but consistency might be a bit of a struggle for them. I'd stop by again if I’m in the area just for a quick bite.
