" Decided to give HS Chinese Cafe a shot after many positive reviews. The atmosphere is nothing special, to be honest. It's quite small and feels more like a takeout place than a dine-in restaurant. The food, however, is where they shine. I ordered the hot and sour soup and the beef with broccoli, both were surprisingly good! The soup had just the right amount of heat, and the beef was tender and flavorful. Some dishes feel a bit Americanized, so if you’re looking for authentic Chinese cuisine, you might be slightly disappointed. But for me, it was satisfying and I enjoyed my meal overall.
