" Recently visited Peacock Restaurant, and let's just say it was quite the experience. The place has a modern vibe and the seating is comfortable, which is a plus. However, my excitement soon faded when the food arrived. I had heard rave reviews about their Biryani, but it didn't meet my expectations. The rice was really dry and lacked the moisture and spice that I was looking for, leaving me quite unimpressed. On the other hand, service was quick, and the staff was friendly, which salvaged some of the evening. I would give it another shot only if they can improve the consistency of their food. " I was super excited to take my family to Peacock, especially after hearing so much about their Indian Mandi. Our first impressions were fantastic—great ambiance and a friendly staff greeted us. We started with the Masala Vada which was crispy and delicious! The Mandi was a mixed experience, though; while it was flavorful, it was a bit too spicy for one of my kids. " I can confidently state that Peacock Indian Cuisine is one of the best spots for Indian food I have found in Dallas! Their menu is extensive and covers various authentic dishes. I would recommend trying their Mandi—it was scrumptious—flavorful and well-balanced with spices. The setting is perfect for both casual dinners and celebrations.
