" Utterly disappointed. The quality of the food has declined significantly from my first visit. My carne asada fries were drenched in so much grease that I had to leave half of it behind. To top it off, I found a strand of hair in my tacos, which really put a damper on the meal. I tried addressing it with the staff, but they seemed indifferent. " Finding a good Mexican restaurant is tough, but Cotija's is definitely one of the better options available. " Cotija's used to be amazing, but now I’m not so sure. The last couple of times I've been there, the food lacked the flavor it once had. My most recent experience with the tacos was bland, and the beans tasted like they were out of a can. Even the salsa wasn't up to par. The prices seem to climb, and the satisfaction levels drop.
