" Jackalope gave me an authentic Tex-Mex experience! As a Texan living in Seattle, I was thrilled to find a place that captures the true essence of Tex-Mex cuisine. The brisket enchiladas were some of the best I’ve had outside of Texas. My only complaint was that the rice served alongside could use more seasoning. However, everything else from the chips to the salsa was perfect! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. This will definitely be our new favorite spot!
