The tacos were some of the best I've ever had – perfectly marinated meat that’s cooked to perfection, soft tortillas, and the best salsa I’ve ever tasted. I especially enjoyed the tripa tacos, which had the right texture and flavor. The ladies at the truck were cheerful and helpful, making the whole process smooth.
