" On the brighter side, their crab rangoon is the best I've had in awhile! Crispy, with the right amount of filling. However, my meal, which included a disappointing sesame chicken, left me feeling unsatisfied. I had to add extra sauce at home to make it palatable. " I regret going to Diamond Head. Just last week, I tried their crab rangoon for the first time, and they weren't bad, but my full order was not great. Their chicken teriyaki was way too salty and not enjoyable at all. I can think of plenty of other places with better options. " Oh man, I am really not sure what has happened to Diamond Head. It's been a long-time favorite of mine, but during my last trip, everything just felt off. The cashew chicken was way too tough to chew and felt more like rubber than a proper chicken dish. The sweet and sour sauce was minimal at best.
